PROFILE: Meet Eco-Revolution designer Samantha Del Rosario! Samantha Del Rosario took up sewing in middle school as a side project because she could never find clothes she wanted or in her size. Her love for product designing came next, screen-printing her own t-shirts and then selling them at concerts and even printed some for bands. In her spare time, Del Rosario makes and sells jewelry online. As an industrial design major, she hopes to eventually design backpacks and messenger bags.
PROFILE: Meet Eco-Revolution designer Wei Xiang. “Eco-evolution is more than reusing resources and saving the environment, it’s also about the attitude, for me it is watching the world in a positive way, finding out the best part of everything,” says Wei Xiang, a West Valley College apparel design student.
