07|13|2011

(SAN FRANCISCO, CA) – June 30, 2011 – The San Francisco Bay Area Fashion Network (www.sfbafn.com), premier fashion trade association of the Bay Area, returns to center stage as they present the 1st annual fashion show on August 27, 2011, “The Collection.” This event will benefit Dress For Success San Francisco and be held at the luxurious British Motor Car venue, one the finest venues in San Francisco (www.bmcd.com).

Following the success of the 2nd annual “SNOW” fashion event in January 2011, held at the One Market Street building, SFBAFN Founder and renowned Fashion Designer, Joseph Domingo will oversee the launch of ”The Collection” and will bring his wealth of talent and experience to runway as Executive Director and also as one of the featured designers.

The one-of-a-kind fashion show will bring together three locally renowned San Francisco designers paired with top San Francisco Bay Area models. “The Collection” will offer three separate runway shows, one at 4pm,  one at 6pm, and one at 8pm. Each show will feature entire collections of each designer.

“We are looking forward to unveiling the next chapter of the SFBAFN as it is one of the few fashion alliances in San Francisco that is actually run by people who are key players in the fashion industry,” says Domingo. “The purpose of the SFBAFN is to create local, national and international visibility for talented San Francisco designers and so we take great pride in producing our events.”
