Ever wonder what it would be like to live at Santana Row, Silicon Valley’s own fashion Mecca? Well, on Wednesday June 29, 2011, invited guests and certain members of the media had the exclusive opportunity to tour the new Levàre upscale, luxury homes that are currently for lease at Santana Row.
As guests arrived at the Oak Tree Lounge next to Pink Berry, they were kindly welcomed by the Levàre tour guides. As each guest signed in, they also received a raffle ticket for some posh prizes that were going to be raffled off throughout the evening. Making their way to the white leather couches and brass tables, guests were also welcomed to cocktails, wine, and spirits, as well as mouthwatering hors d’oeuvres catered by Sino.
To make the tours more pleasurable, guests were put into small groups and taken on the tour one group at a time. While enjoying their refreshments, guests were anxiously waiting to hear their tour group number for an exclusive sneak-peek at the Levàre units. And although full construction and completion of the homes is due for September 2011, there were a few units that were already staged so that potential residents could imagine what it would be like coming home to Santana Row.
Before the guests arrived, I had the opportunity to go on a private tour led by Santana Row public relations representative, Trisha Clayton of Rowcliffe Communications Group. As we walked to the Levàre rental living units, we discussed how fabulous it would be to be a resident of Santana Row. Not only do residents have the fun and excitement of city life, with restaurants, retail shops, and entertainment literally outside their front door, but they also have the luxury and comforts of modern living in the most modish part of Silicon Valley.
Entering the Levàre lobby, it was evident that a lot of thought and meticulous planning went into building this innovative 108-unit urban-living lover’s dream home. Stylish and comfy black leather couches accompanied by glass tables with fresh flowers on top of them welcome potential residents and their guests, and a back-lit onyx counter-top graced the lobby with its natural beauty and modern design.
As I was led into each home, I became more and more impressed with their high ceilings, modern architecture, and clean-and-crisp style. The color tones of the walls, carpets, cabinets, and counter-tops had a natural hue–a great blank canvas that allows the occupant to decorate with any splash of color-scheme he or she sees fit; catering to their particular taste. The living areas are also very roomy and airy, so the resident can move from one room to another with ease.
What I was amazed at was how quiet the living space was. One would think that the bustle of crowds and cars making their way up and down the Row would be quite noisy and bothersome, but the units were built in such a manner that keeps all the unwanted noise out and all the comforts of home in.
The full Levàre community also features a wi-fi ready business center, a fitness center, an outdoor fireplace, a courtyard with picnic areas and barbeque grills, an entertainment lounge, and many more useful amenities.
Celebrity guest John Gidding, host of HGTVs Curb Appeal, was also present to help kick-off the first unveiling of Levàre. John was very personable, as he mixed-and-mingled with guests and offered some home-décor advice for those eager to get some tips on how to beautify or improve their own home-sweet-home.
As the first persons to get an exclusive tour of the new living units, guests had the opportunity to also be the first to sign a lease if they were interested in becoming the new tenants at Levàre.
So if you are ready to rise up to living in luxury, comfort, and style, then schedule a tour of Levàre. Silicon Valley living will never be the same.
